  • What is your minimum loan amount?

    Unlike most lenders, we don't have a minimum loan amount. We do however, have a minimum loan origination amount of $3,000.

  • Do you perform a hard credit pull?

    No. We do not perform hard credit pulls. 


    We do perform soft credit inquiries that will not show up on your credit report and the minimum credit score we accept is 620.

  • Why is a Scope of Work needed prior to closing?

    If we are funding your rehab, a scope of work is needed to validate the amount of rehab that will be detailed in your mortgage and loan documents. You'll also see the rehab budget listed as Rehab Reserve and/or Repair Reserve.

  • How does your Construction Draw Process work?

    We hold your rehab funds at closing and we fund your rehab on a verified completed draw process. Matching with your original scope of work (submitted prior to closing), you'll submit video and picture evidence of completed/installed work with each request.


    Once verified, your rehab draw request will be wired within 24-48 hours. 


    Draw request minimum is $10,000 and $100 draw fees do apply for each draw request.
